Retained Search – For more challenging, high-profile positions to fill, CBIG’s Retained Search services are an excellent option in which CBIG provides value-added research designed to further identify and focus in on finding that outstanding candidate. In addition to the steps taken for the contingency search, CBIG recruiting professionals provide additional screening measures, in-depth background checks, and formal performance reviews after the candidate starts his or her position. We establish a fee structure, and collect portions of the fee throughout the search, based on schedule and progress.
