Matt Mueller brings 20+ years of national recruiting and placement experience in the IT jobs sector. Beginning in 2000, his staffing focus shifted toward the Data Warehousing, Business Intelligence, and Analytics disciplines. Matt is a founding member and the leader of CBIG’s Recruiting & Staffing division, created in 2007. His Recruiting and Staffing group offers the full range of client and candidate recruiting services, including contingency search, retained search and contract staffing for clients, and career placement coaching, skills assessment and direct placement for candidates. Matt has worked with many leading consulting groups, including Deloitte Consulting, PriceWaterhouseCoopers, Ernst & Young, Headstrong, Knightsbridge, and Hewlett-Packard, among others. Matt continually dedicates his efforts and commitment to finding the right opportunity for each professional he works with, and finding the right professional for each of his clients. Matt possesses a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources from Valparaiso University.

As a former futures trader and now a top-producing technical recruiter for several years running, Patrick Fromelt established his credentials by transforming his skill set in financial services, investment banking, and real estate into a very successful IT staff recruiting career at CBIG. Patrick balances his high-energy work rate and meticulous organizational talents with data-driven research to consistently strike the right balance between employer requirements and a job candidate’s proficiencies. Patrick is a practiced facilitator and communicator, with proven success in account management and new business expansion. Previous to his role at CBIG, Patrick was the leading Account Manager of new business at an investment research firm, originated over $150,000,000 in loans for a mortgage company, and successfully raised private capital for the establishment of an entrepreneurial trading venture. Patrick attended New Mexico State University where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing.

With over 18 years of hands-on expertise in high volume recruiting for the IT sector, Dave Reddy stresses the value of acquiring a good understanding of client business operations when determining staffing needs. Dave handles the full life-cycle of recruiting services from sourcing to pre-qualifying candidates by utilizing a wide range of recruitment methodologies and sound knowledge of the latest recruiting concepts and trends, including proficiencies in both Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and Vendor Management Systems (VMS). His logical approach to recruiting involves targeted industry searches and other sources including professional/social/vendor networks, user groups, job boards, data mining, and advertising. Dave helps to maintain CBIG’s knowledge base on current employment, immigration and taxation laws, as well as compliance related to U.S. Citizens, Permanent Residents (Green Card Holders), and H1, TN,E3, OPT visas for permanent and contract positions. Dave has a Master of Commerce and Business Management degree from Bangalore University, India as well as Post Graduate Diplomas in Marketing & Sales Management and Computer Applications. Dave’s  passions include career counseling and community volunteering.

Jay Kleinow’s 30+ year career as a senior recruiting, sales, and human resource professional comprises an enormously successful track record of recruiting and staff placement within the IT industry. Team-oriented by nature, Jay uses a highly effective, personable approach to develop meaningful, thriving business relationships that lead to mutually beneficial outcomes for employers and candidates alike. With his proven talent for both growing existing recruiting departments and building technical recruiting divisions from the ground up, Jay understands the importance of correctly matching employers with prospective candidates, whether the job is a permanent hire, a temporary staff position, or a contract-for-hire. Much of Jay’s work has involved creating job opportunities within the college recruiting arena, and he maintains strong ties with numerous higher-ed institutions for this purpose. Jay’s role at CBIG extends to assisting clients as needed with a variety of human resource issues regarding interviewing, hiring, employee development, succession planning and culture alignment. Jay earned his Bachelor of Music Education degree from Cornell College in Mt. Vernon, Iowa.
